Quotations and availability

A calculator result is an estimate. The written quotation in your account confirms the product, quantities, available shipping route, price breakdown, advance and expiry. Availability and seller prices can change before purchase. An expired or revised quote must be reviewed again before checkout.

Payment and order processing

Manual bKash, Nagad and bank payments require verification. A transaction reference or slip alone does not confirm receipt. Your order moves into processing after the required payment is approved. The remaining balance is payable before the order is marked completed or delivered.

Delivery and restrictions

Delivery estimates depend on the seller, warehouse receipt, carrier and customs processing. Products must be eligible for the selected shipping route. Contact support about restricted items or special handling before paying.

Cancellations, returns and concerns

Contact support promptly if you need to change or cancel an order, or report a missing or damaged item. Available options depend on whether purchasing and shipping have started and on the seller's applicable policies. Obtain written confirmation of cancellation, return costs and any refund from our team. A refund record reflects a transfer already processed by the team.
