How do I place a pre-order?
Paste the product link, choose a shipping route and send a quote request. Our team checks the product and sends a detailed BDT quotation to your account. Accept it and submit the required advance to place your order.
What is included in my quotation?
Your quotation separates the product price, source shipping if applicable, tax, international shipping and service fee. The required advance is part of the total, and the remaining balance is shown separately.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery depends on the seller and selected shipping route. The delivery estimate starts after the seller delivers to the source warehouse. Check your quotation and order updates for the confirmed estimate; customs and carrier delays can affect timing.
How much do I pay in advance?
The advance depends on the route and the quote approved by our team. Your exact advance and remaining balance are displayed before checkout. In-stock items require full payment.
How can I track my order?
Sign in and open My Orders to see its status timeline. You can also use your order number and private tracking code on the Track Order page.
Can I order any product?
